Dharma's cute top in the community garden epi

In, "How This Happened", Episode #422. (Dharma finds a bag of cash belonging to Montgomery Enterprises that a man (Edward Asner) lost years ago), Dharma finds the guy who was accused of stealing the money. She finds him in a bar. I absolutely adore the top she is wearing. Its green, elbow length sleeves, with tan and blue diagonal stripes across the front, and the edges of the stripes are zigzagged. I'd really like to know who makes that top, and if I could get my hands on one. Anyone have any ideas? Mostly I'd just like to know who makes it. I've seen the same top used in one other show, but unfortunately I don't remember which one.
