Would you say that episode was the most creepiest of the series?
shareWould you say that episode was the most creepiest of the series?
shareYep. It would've been even creepier if Amber Benson had appeared.
shareI don't recall it being particularly creepy the first time; and if I did, it has really held up, for me anyway.
I wouldn't say there's too much in the series that's real unnerving, but The Pack might be the closest in my opinion; especially the scene where they surround Principal Flutie, and they pan to his framed picture, while they tear him apart.
If we're looking at the Buffy-verse overall, including Angel, I'd say Hell-Bound works the creepy mojo pretty well.
Wesley getting his throat cut was definitely unsettling too.
"Sorry, I mistook you for a corpse."
I can't watch the giant spider episode all the way through. I just watch the Anya flashbacks and skip to the next one.
shareI would say that "Helpless" is probably the most disturbing and scariest episode of the series.
shareThe creepiest episode for me when I was younger was Go Fish 'cause I didn't like the look of the fish people or how people's skin come off them when they were turning into them. 😨

It's not that creepy, but I think it's the closest to creepy that Buffy ever got. The Dawn part was intense...
shareIt really would have been creepier if Amber did it. I'm not sure I agree with her reasoning for not doing it. Would have been such a kick ass disturbing scene. With Cassie it doesn't hold the same emotional weight.
My vote goes to Hush, it will always be the scariest episode.
The one with Joyces head going by the window creeped me out the most.
