I think that Willow would win because she seems to have more powerful raw power whereas dumbledore seems like he has to concentrate to have power.
However I think that Voldemort would beat willow because he can be just as angry and raw as dark willow.
I don't know who that is. Was that a character in Season 4 'cause I haven't watched that season for a few years and I don't remember all the characters who appeared in it.

In raw power I think Dark Willow would win but Dumbledore is as wise and old as wizards get - he probably has a few tricks to deal with out-of-control spellcasters and probably was even faced with that once or twice in his life.
