Did anyone stop there rewatch at end of season 5 ?.

Doing rewatch and just finish season 5 and was thinking about ending there as gets very intense watching next two seasons.

But I just started season 6 and enjoying it.

No way the last 2 seasons are pretty good, especially 6

Agreed. Some of my favorite episodes are in the last 2 seasons. When the show first aired I remembered not enjoying season 6 as much as others, and might have been my least favorite. But when re-watching it for the first time again about 6-7 years ago I really ended up liking it.
However, I still wouldn't have skipped it since I love Once More with Feeling and the Dark Willow arc at the end was my favorite season finale arc. Made a great 4 part finale.
Season 7 had some great episode within it as well. Like Conversations with Dead People and the Anya centric one was awesome. The finale set of episodes were a pretty good run overall too.

Never intentionally stopped a rewatch, and when I did it was in random places.

Angel though I stop when Connor shows up; after that I skip to season five.

I don't even skip any episode on my rewatch cuz I always find something interesting in every single episode in both Buffyverse shows.

The only episode I force myself watching although I don't like it at all is 'Restless'.

Also, I don;t get how would you skip season 6 as its an awesome season and I rank it fourth after 2, 3 & 5.

Even season 7 gets better with every rewatch, although I don't like once the potentials story starts but once Faith arrives it gets great again.

I've never stopped a re-watch. I honestly love Buffy from S1-S7..I don't love every single thing that happens but I love it all as a whole.

The big moments are gonna come. You can't help that. It's what you do afterwards that counts.

I usually stop after 3 now. I like 4 but I've seen it too much.

5,6,7 never interested me, even when they were airing, even though they have some great episodes. It got too soap opera and all the characters ended up disliking each other. I like my Scooby gang friends, not back stabbing and I like my buffy being awesome and quippy, and not having self destructive bdsm sex with a monster because she feels dead inside or whatever :p

With you on that one. Except I always end it at S4. I don't have S5-7 anyway because it's a giant waste. I'm a vehement hater of the upside down Dawnverse where I don't recognize my beloved characters.
