Mine might be when he's drunk and walks off saying "I'm going to bed" while yanking his sweater off. The delivery of that had me in stitches.

The scene in The Wish when he destroys Anyanka's necklace. His delivery of "It has to be" is perfection.
When he finds Jenny's body in 'Passion' - that's such a tough scene to watch, but the acting is excellent.
In 'A New Man' when he gets out of the car and runs up to Professor Walsh and growls at her. That whole ep was hilarious.
