I haven't been meaningfully participating for a long time. But I'm going to miss coming on here after watching a movie, flicking through the several "WORST MOVIE EVER" threads and engaging with others on matters both insightful and idiotic.

I guess there won't be much of a point in going to IMDb anymoreAgreed, and I'm one of the idiots who actually PAID for the privilege! No more $ from me. The funniest part is that being on the boards KEPT me on IMDb with all their ridiculous ads. Foolish move, IMHO, since I can't see much use for this as part of myriad social media destinations, aside from the occasional fact check which is available only EVERYWHERE! I thought it was fun and unique, and stood quite nicely on its own (in its soon to be demolished) state.
I will probably still come here to look at the filmography of actors and actresses I like just to see what upcoming movies and TV shows they are going to appear in but other than that I don't think I will use the site very often anymore. I mean sometimes when my Wifey and I are watching movies or TV shows and we see an actor or actress we recognise and it drives us up the wall 'cause we can't remember where they were from I look them up on this site but that's it. 😂
