I remember a movie from the 80's/90's in the "Wish upon a star", "Teen Witch" genre about a geeky girl who gets popular much to the dismay of her dad and when she walks down the stairs it happens in slow motion to the sound of Frankie Avalons song "Venice" Can anyone help me? Its plaguing me
