confused

I just read the section "alternate versions" and it lists deleted scenes and I just looked in the quote section and found this...

Alexia Wheaton: [Hayley in Alexia's body, watching Alexia in her body dancing on the cafeteria table, grabs Kyle] Oh, Kyle you're such a good kisser. Give me another hickey, baby!
[starts to maul Kyle]

That doesn't happen in the movie and is not listed as a deleted scene. But I don't see why 'cause now it makes sense when Alexia as Hayley says "First you come home with a hickey on your neck. Next you're practically mauling my boyfriend in the cafeteria." I just always thought she saw them with the teddy bear and kiss exchange. I was also confused why Hayley as Alex got in trouble. Just 'cause she didn't shower or the photo session didn't seem like a good reason to be in trouble.
