that roy wouldn't have recognized the taste of those psychedelic mushrooms alice put in his spaghetti. they smell and taste awful and he probably would have spit them out after the first spoonful.

Thanks for your insight into the taste and smell of psychoactive drugs.

That Alice, she make such a nice pasta sauce that you could pour it over battery acid and it would taste good.

I saw it on tv and they cut out the mushroom part. Was it funny?

reply

if she cooked it...the heat would've destroyed the drug properties of the mushrooms.

They don't taste that bad!

And given the fact they were HIS mushrooms, taken from a bag of contraband that Alice found in his bag, it's pretty obviously insinuated he's a routine user of such things and is probably accustomed to the taste of psychedelic mushrooms. I would guess someone who'd eaten them on many occasions likely wouldn't notice the taste or smell of them as being distinct from any other type of mushrooms, without knowing they were there, especially if they were cooked and made into a sauce.

Would a spicy sauce cover the taste of the psychedelic mushrooms?
