Watching it right now
The part when Greg and Marcia are both in the attic and Marcia is watching Greg get undressed, that was borderline creepy but funny. When she said in a deep voice, "yes Greg," was funny.

Marcia IS dang hot. Put a hormone raging teenage boy in that predicament, and he'll deduce the same way I did ("Well, technically, she's really not my sister so...").
Them sharing an attic sleeping literally a few feet from each other, and the inevitable would very likely happen.

I know they are not blood related but they have been living together like brother and sister for a long time.
