Is this a movie or a promotion for the Dodge Ram?

The Dodge Ram was recently redesigned shortly before this movie went into production and the vehicle became a huge success. Makes sense that they'd want to feature a popular vehicle in a movie that relies heavily on the main characters chasing after storms.

I remember being 16 and going to see this movie. After seeing Bill's Dodge Ram (I couldn't believe it was a real truck at first!), I sent out for a poster from Dodge, and they sent me a huge poster of a gorgeous candy apple red Ram. I wish I still had that poster.
