If she never looked better than this, then....well, sorry, i'm not gonna watch any other film with her.

Totally agree that this was Hunt's peak. Take care.

Peace To All

I totally agree. I spend most of the movie distracted by how great her hair looks and wondering what kind of bra she is wearing under those white tank tops.
Everything about her is perfect.

reply

This is by far her best movie.

Get busy livin' or get busy dyin'

reply

Yeahhhhhh, I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you there...
"Twister" is not far better than "As Good as it Gets", and isn't anywhere near as good as "The Waterdance" if supporting roles count.

I realize that you may have been joking.

I thought I was the only one who did that. seriously I wonder what bra she's wearing and why my hair never looks that good after i've been in the rain and mud and stuff lol

I think she looked horrible, but it probably had to do with her outfits/

Put a sundress on her, I might like her.

reply

i agree. this movie was the first time I ever saw Helen Hunt. I've been perpetually disappointed in everything she's ever done since

reply

Yeah, this was about the time of her peak, she looked good, considering that she was playing a field meteorologist, and not someone in an evening dress at aparty.

reply

Its just a shame they hadn't invented low rise pants yet, otherwise she looks great.

reply

I agree that she looked her best but, I believe it's just cause those tank tops and jeans suit her.

'Twister' or 'As Good As It Gets'.
I suppose if you were to judge her on her looks alone. She's been very low-profile lately. Throughout her career she's been positioned in her films to advance the story with her beauty and her comedic instincts or by projecting pathos while looking gorgeous. I had a 'crush' on her before I even knew who she was going back over a quarter century. My personal favorite in which to see her being lovely and acting well is Woody Allen's 'The Curse of The Jade Scorpion'. Her sexiest would be, in my estimation, where she played that murderous wife/teacher and she seduced her students into whacking her husband.
