methinks you need to flip that computer switch into the "off" position, go outside (with a mask), & interact with other humans to reset your gauge for what "triggered" really means... maybe a workplace environment because i'm not sure you'd do too well in a voluntarily social setting (maybe too focused on examining other adult male physical traits)
