Modern Romance (1981)- male insights on breaking up and getting back together. Also very funny (especially if you like Albert Brooks).

Mike and Trent's close bond reminded me of Wil Wheaton and River Phoenix's friendship in Stand by Me.

Also, Sue's unpredictable nature reminded me of Corey Feldman in the same film.
