My personal fav is after the whole first trial ( i think), and the guy wants to talk to her, and when he touches her, she screams sooo loud. the guy runs away and when another bystander asks if she needs anything, she says "no, i know how to beat him now" FANTASTIC!
shareI think the funniest part is when they're reviewing the tape hand Mark-Paul say'd "She had a FAT ASS! *psh* *psh*" and they do the hand shake. Me and my friend still laugh about that to this day.

And the scene where she is being examined by the doctor and she says "No. I did not say yes" like a 12 year old.
I think there's about three scenes where she sees him then starts running and he chases her. Just the way it was done made me laugh a bit.

I had to watch this for health and the whole class laughed at that part. Even me and my mom was a rape victim. Yeah the subject matter isn't funny but the dialog and acting was pretty hilarious.
Noooooooooo... it's like in the Odyssey when the lady is going to kill herself and you see a random peasant rocking back and forth and before she goes another lady jumps in front and screams NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! it's like... over-acting.
The scene where DJ's brother walks into Zack's room and Zack is like "hey man, i'm sorry about your sis-..." and then DJ's brother punches him. lol that whole scene is funny....I think the brother also says "Man I can't wait until you go to jail so you can really find out what rape is like!!!" hahaha

I actually enjoyed the movie and rooted for Scott's comeuppance, but the way that scream was filmed and edited, coupled with the ridiculous sound of the scream itself, made me laugh unexpectedly.
And I agree the running was absurd. How can I seem like less of a rapist? I'll just hunt girls down at full sprint in darkened corridors and parking lots.
