Absoluty true. But I think Frank lost. In fact I'm certain he did. I remember reading about it on the net. The quests original Script was supposed to be a sequal to Bloodsport but as you probably realised it turned out to be a CARBON COPY of Bloodsport.
Frank only ended up with a miner Story by Frank Dux credit.
