Is how that knife was able to slice through fingers and bone with one swipe.... only an axe or a machete with a lot of force can do that methinks.
shareWe don't know how sharp it really was. I spend quite some time tracking said knife down, but it appears to be untraceable.
shareSince I have made that comment I now have a Spyderco knife that is nice and I use it for work all of the time. I keep it as sharp as possible and cannot imagine it cutting someone's finger off in one swipe.
shareIf it's a heavy, quality knife it could certainly do it if you applied enough force, assuming the hand is placed on something hard (which it was).
