Edited?!

If anyone has the movie from familytv.com could you please let me know if it is an edited version? The running time is different between IMDB (90 Min) and the familytv site (75 Min). I just bought it and watched it, and nothing seemed to be missing. Then again, it's been awhile since i've seen the movie. I also e-mailed the company and they said nothing was done to the movie. But one guy on amazon is saying there are scenes missing. Here: http://www.amazon.com/Gunther-Paper-Brigade-Blair-Treu/dp/B0006HIDLK

Thanks.

yes it is edited, the one that is Gunther and the paper brigade. you used to be able to get the full 90 minute version on ebay, professional, blue disk and the title just reads the paper brigade. i have both, the paper brigade has about 13 minutes of extra scenes

To the best of my knowledge you cant buy an "original" (legal) copy on DVD. You need to find a VHS tape.
It is probably me who is mentioned on Amazon. I posted the information about the edited DVD.
The people who are saying that the movie not edited are not telling the truth. The original is 90 minutes. If you have a copy that is shorter than that, it obviously must be missing part of the movie.
I have seen parts of the movie both edited and undeited, on youtube.
I own the unedited VHS copy.
Again I have not seen an unedited DVD and I suspect that if anyone is selling one, it is probably copied from the VHS version.
I have NO CLUE as to why anyone would want to edit a family film. To me that is just dumb. I would understand if it were shown on TV and edited for time, but WHY would they edit a PG (or is it G ?) rated DVD.
