I don't know about similar. But in that movie a girl is raped. And then she is ostracized by the town when she accuses him of rape.

She Fought Alone has been mentioned, but Candace Cameron was also in one with Mark-Paul Gosselaar called She Cried No (sometimes called Freshman Fall) that had a similar premise.
