it is almost a exact remake only in a diffrent era and with a few minor details

The exact same words apply on fistfull of dollars too.Anyway,both are remakes. That doesnt have much to say except at the originals tend to be better but not always.

Ah, but you forget that "Fistful of Dollars" is actually an exact remake of the Kurosawa film, "Yojimbo". It's a good plot, and it can work in a lot of places.
