I don't get it

like why don't they just shoot the guy when he sits on his porch for instance?
I think with a rifle from 2 different angles it's quite easy?

in the beginning he's just too arrogant and nodbody really needs him.
Just stupid, imagine being in that town,
you'd get killed in 5 minutes

look... think about the scene when he's doing that chick... they still couldn't get him then... and he was naked... that and the story is old... OLD... older than you i would imagine... you can't kill off the character like that when you're doing a remake where he doesn't die... oh that and he'd hear or see you coming a mile away... this man is a bullet dodging god... the moment he just walks into that house and blows that guy away the fear struck that gang...

I see you're drinking 1%

If you don't get this
god knows what you make of Lord of the Rings
or Batman
or even any John Wayne movie
and how come the Godfather survives the assassin at the end of part 3??
you've certainly never seen a Samurai movie
point one - it's a MOVIE
point two - it's based on samurai movies woth the undefeatable hero as icon
point three - the point isn't how close to reality it is -it's about how much inner truth about life and people it tells
does love mean more than money?
does loyalty mean more than life?
does John smith change his views and values between spinning the bottle and leaving town?
hello???

reply

hmm, ok I get it off course,
but I was like under the impression that he wasn't like a 'superhuman being' you know,
just a story about a guy coming to a town filled with criminals and tryin' to survive, like a normal western story,
but ok, if it's like that, I'll buy, ;)

Hill didn't even bother to explain most of those "out in the open with target on his back" moments. They couldn't kill him twice, so they just stop trying. :) Yeah, it makes no sense.
