Bruce Willis & his performance
For such an over the top movie his performance is very subtle, and natural. You see him sarcastic, funny, and nuanced. Not to mention his narration is terrific. He really doesn't get to flex his acting chops much anymore but back then he was coming off of films that mattered like Pulp Fiction and 12 Monkeys. I mean, Last Man Standing matters to me. It's entertaining, that's all you can ask for.
