This has to be where the Resident Evil Dogs came from! I know they're probably based on a thousand other things as well, but the scene where she closes the door right when the dog is about to get her is pretty similar! Hellraiser Movies Rock!

No the deformed Dogs are in the Resident Evil movie because they were in the games, the games debut was in 1995, before this film.
