Actually the most intriguing entry of the series, with all the backstory.
shareBloodline is certainly more ambitious than your typical horror movie sequel. Unfortunately, (most) horror fans have dismissed the film because its "Pinhead in space! LOL."
shareI think it is superior to the second and third installments of the series. IMHO the second being interesting and a nice sequel but it felt weak with so many layers and storylines going on, never went any deeper. The third was more watchable and entertaining than the second, but again, the main storyline was kinda cheesy.
I like this fourth installment, I loved the flashbacks and the whole concept of the film was really well done.
Anyways the first movie is unbeatable. One of the finest horror films ever.

Disagree.Part 3 was bad but at least it was consistant. Bloodline was a mess of badly edited idea, thrown in gore and massive plot chasms all cuased by the reshoots re-editing and the loss of nearly half hour of footage.
