...Diane Keaton and the Fred Mertz pants with the waistband up to her neck? She's got a great bod and she always hides behind baggy clothes and higher-than-normal waisted pants.

She's pretty famous for her menswear look. When she was in Annie Hall, it was a huge trend. I see what you mean, but that's her style and it appeals for her career.

I've never liked those pants, even when they were in style. I think they make even small bottoms look larger.

In "Something's Gotta Give" she wore a lovely dress when she went on the first date with Keanu Reeves was probably one of the few times I've seen DK dressed girly. She looked great. Even Jack Nicholson's character was pleasantly surprised.
