BAD DIRECTING AND EDITING KILLED THIS MOVIE

The amount of blatant mistakes was quite ridiculous. Even from the start the Giants are somehow playing the Braves and Rockies on opening day. This is why a Brit shouldn't be directing a baseball movie. Tony Scott clearly had a lot of issues and he belonged nowhere near this movie.

You are wrong

The editing is what makes this film watchable. Outstanding.

Didn't care for this movie. Too long and drawn out. Love Deniro and Snipes but this movie just didn't pull me into it. It would have been better if Gil had killed that b*tch of an ex-wife. No wonder he was so whacked.

In the beginning, Gil gets away with so much more like acting crazy then you would think and everyone ignores it.

Gil kills a baseball player (Benicio Del Toro's character, Juan) in a sauna and even cuts out his tattoo and nothing is clued in by that?

What happened to the dog he kidnapped at the end too? It just disappeared.

Gil leaves his knife with his name on it after kidnapping Bobby's son, they're clearly going to catch him.

Gil says Bobby needs to hit a home run otherwise his son will be killed, but when he does hit a home run Gil somehow sneaks in as umpire screaming it didn't count, even though that's what he wanted him to do. Also how does one, especially who is wanted for murder and kidnapping, sneak onto a MLB game field taking on position of an umpire?
