Anyone here get turned on by car crashes?
It'd be interesting to see their take on this film.

I did enjoy it very much. I love the scene
where they or out at night taking photos of
a TC. I which I had the nerve to stop and take
photos. I take my camera with me all the time and
just taken long shots of fender benders. The scene
where they talk about the James Dean crash was cool.
I have not seen it in sometime but a points the movie
just jumps around and i can not connect the dots.
Any other movies like this.
It seems to me, this movie could spark this kind of fetish in a young, impressionable viewer. In fact, that almost seemed the point of the movie.
I wonder if Cronenberg has this car crash fetish?

I'n nut young (55) This movie was a turn on for me when I first
saw it years ago. I still look for photos online and on the internet
but have never had the nerve to stop and take photos like in the movie.
It would be nice if someone made more moves with fetish.
Saw the film 10 years ago. Didn't think about it much since until i was involved in a terrible auto crash last month and was nearly killed. Thought about film then in comparison to my feelings after having survived my crash. I'm pretty level headed, but after surviving i had a feeling of being like the bruce willis character in Unbreakable as well as a strange fascination like these charaters in Crash. I survived and felt as if ready to go through the exhileration again. I am not nuts, just felt this way for a few weeks after and thought of this film often.
