So we see at the end of that movie, the lead girl's real mom is Nancy, whos still locked up in the psych ward, whats everyone's thoughts on this?

I thought it was awesome to see Fairuza Balk back as her iconic character from this movie, i knew they was building up to her real mom either being Sarah or Nancy, and the most obvious answer you'd assume would be Sarah, cause last wee Nancy in the original movie shes locked up and out of her mind.

So this leads to a ton of questions, how'd Nancy get pregnant if shes been locked up all this time? or was she? did she get out at some point and meet someone, get pregnant, and then have to be locked back up for some reason? It looks as though Nancy has gotten alot better since we last see her in the original, she looks to be more stable. Cause at the end of the original shes bat shit insane and losing her mind essentially.

This ending begs the question, will there be another sequel? You can't have an ending like that and leave us hanging with no answers.

In formal logic, “to beg the question” means “assuming a conclusion.” It does not mean “inviting the question.” It’s a phrase that is almost always used improperly, perhaps most of all by broadcast journalists who are not as well-educated as they would like to be perceived.
