Sarah's House location

I'm designing a house to build in Oregon. I know some of the hallway was re-created on a sound stage for the climax, but another site said it is based of a 1930's Spanish mansion. I'm assuming its located in Culver City, but there is no reference on any fan-site to it's address or Google Earth location. Ive been hooked on this house ever since the movie first came out! 17 years!

I'm wanting to know what the rest of the house's exterior looks like (specifically, an aerial view so i can see the location of the garage, and in what arrangement it is to the staircase leading to the front door.)

Ive designed my house to be somewhat like the movie house. (Tudor cottage style though, not Spanish)

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! I'm hoping to break ground on the property in 3 years (the old house on the property needs to be razed first, and I'm not even done designing this house)

I love that house too, I have been researching in a lot of websites and blogs for more information about that house for a long time, but I got nothing. There is only a comment from wikia that says it is in Los Angeles countryside, but nothing about the certain location. Help us people!

You would have to track down someone who was there.

And please don't change it. Stick to the Spanish. I think the house and the house on Charmed are way cool.

The location is 8330 McGroarty St, Sunland, California. Hope this helps.
