I would go more with ungrateful and greedy. Each had a situation that was harmful to their life in some way - wanting that fixed isn't necessarily selfish. It's how they acted after getting what they wanted that was wrong.

After getting her revenge on Laura Lizzie, Rochelle thought it was funny, though I'll give her credit, as it got worse she seemed to show remorse.
At first Nancy just wanted out of her horrible situation, but after she got that, she became power hungry and wanted more and more.
The only one who didn't change throughout was Sarah - and even though they all KNEW she was the reason their spells had worked, they still tried to kill her.
Yeah they were pretty selfish, but they were also teenagers. And a lot of teenagers can act or think pretty irrationally.

I think getting back on people who were abusing them was not selfish. It's like karma or justice in my opinion. It was Nancy who became obsessed with power and the other two just followed her example. Sarah still had some conscience left after realizing she's overdone the spell on Chris. She told Nancy to stop bewitching Chris because she has already done enough.
