Hackman was incredible
Has to be one of his best overlooked performances. He really got into character.

He was mesmerizing. I casually started watching the movie about half way through but was so spellbound by Hackman's performance that I could not budge until the end.

shareI actually thought he was just OK in this. He is a freaking genius though. I preferred him in his other two Grisham movies "Runaway Jury" and "The Firm", but my all-time favourite Gene performances are "Mississippi Burning" and "Narrow Margin". Anyone know why he hasn't made a movie in 6 years??
