Why was Hal such an ass towards Steven?
I could never understand why Hal constantly acted like a total ass towards Steven
shareBecause he's a typical douchebag boss. Probably someone who got an undeserved promotion regardless of his incompetence, and easily abuses his power. Typical corporate bullcrap, really.
Steven alludes to this while he's speaking with Robin, but considering it's coming from Steven--who is a douchebag, himself--it's easily categorized as a jealous rant.
