Chip VS Steven

You know Jim's character Chip, or whatever his real name is isn't such a bad guy. Sure, a little obsessive, but aren't we all? Steven was just a jerk, rude, inconsiderate, and boring. I don't know why Chip would want to be friends with this guy? I think the reason Jim went all STALKER on him is because Steven rejected him. Eitherway, clear from his contacts and that karaoke party (even though most of the people attending there looked like pervs) he had alot of friends, why would he want another?

WHOA comparing Chip to Jeffrey Dahmer is totally out of line.

a) Chip is not a serial killer
b) Chip is not a rapist

Because Steven is everything that Chip isn't. Steven seems stable, has a good job, and a family. Probably everything that Chip wanted. If you notice carefully, most of Chips so called friends were misfits, just like him.
