Last supper symbolism (spoilers).

I'm guessing Secondo acts as a saviour of some sort to restore the sophistication in good cuisine to combat bigger more popular restaraunts which do not necessarily thrive on good food. Pascal would be Judas (in a way), acting like one of his friends only wanting to see him fail and not achieve the freedom he wants in making a restaraunt based on his and Primo's vision. Would this be a reasonable argument?

Why two brothers then? This doesn't make sense, there was only one messiah. Oh maybe it's a reference to the other family tie, then it does. Good food is an allegory as well then.
