Where is that house where Jeff Daniel and Joelys live?

I was just wondering if anyone knows where the house where Jeff Daniels and Joely Richardsons live in the film really are, and is it a real house? You know what house i am enquiring about. The one where the Dalmations were born and stolen, and where Cruela presents the cheque for £7,500 for the pups.
I would imagine it is somewhere in Kensington and Chelsea. It looks like a nice area, and it looks like a nice house. Maybe im wrong where it is though!

I loved that house...it had a real warm and homey feel to it.

The facade was pretty obviously a set. So, no real house--just interior and exterior sets constructed at Shepperton Studios.
