I was out on Sunday doing a concert with an orchestra and missed the first half of Silent Witness and i forgot to record it. Can anyone give me a few details of what happened? Thanks.

Harry goes to find Simon and asks about his real dad.
Harry gets Nikki to re-do the post mortem on his ex girlfriend.
Simon goes to his 'Grandparents' house, certain that Penny's father killed her. He ends up getting shot by his wife.
Also, right at the end, Nikki is getting changed for a party and Harry just stares at her the whole time, she asks if she looks ok and Harry replies something like 'Perfect'

Yup bells ringing galore. Ok let me see if I can remember enough of this to make sense for you. In my opinion this episode contains some of Harry's best lines in this series.
Harry and Nikki are at a conference and decide to skip the second half and go for a drink.
At the pub Nikki is ranting about her lack of love life when Harry kisses her.
Leo transfers a case to Harry when he's called for something else.
Some friendly flirting between Harry and Nikki is interupted by a call. ("Apparantly somebody's died"- Harry)
The body comes in and Harry freaks (and I mean very freaked) so Nikki has to take over.
The Body turns out to be Harry's ex from when he was 18. During the PM Nikki discovers the lady had a child.
Meanwhile Leo goes to a church (I think) to check out the apparant suicide of a conceptual artist called Jimmy Triangle who was shot in the head then drowned in formaldehyde.
Harry talks to his ex's husband who says he can't have kids and he thinks Penny was having an affair. Harry realises that the child could have been his.
The boy Penny was seen with harrasses Penny's dad (I think you find out in the second half that this is Simon.)
