The episode in south Africa is laughable

So far fetched. All 3 of the team go to South Africa at the same time leaving no one to look after the forensics back home??? The illegal immigrant girl very much alive is examined by a pathologist. Makes Harry Potter look plausible.

I was thoroughly disappointed with it. We had to try and work out the backstory of the events (How long has Nikki been there before the boys arrived; why was she there; how did she know/why was she sleeping with Anton; why was Leo examining immigrants; how did Harry manage to suddenly start living with the pathologist and detective he'd only just met rather than stay in a hotel; why was he involved in the case when he was only there for a conference?)
One of the things I enjoy most about SW is the interaction between the three main characters and there was absoluely none!
For the last episode of the series it was a complete joke. I haven't enjoyed any episodes where they venture abroad - I vote for the three of them to have their passports confiscated next series!

I am so glad you guys didn’t like it either! as we thought the 1st episode was SO awful that we switched it off half-way through the 1st of the 2 episodes! And we didn't bother watching the 2nd episode at all.

Hey-ho, 2 hours not wasted on junk TV! Badly written, badly put together, bad all round!

Agree with the details of both of your critiques re the South Africa episode, by the way. Well put!

Such a shame: we so enjoyed the rest of the series, & far more so that the last series too.

Let's hope the next series returns to the form of the previous episodes of this series.

I agree, I haven't really liked any episodes where the three of them go abroad. Finding Rachel wasn't that good either, although it was probably better than their most recent trip to Africa (I can't remember the name of those episodes). I think they have done enough storylines about Africa now and hopefully the next series doesn't have any episodes involving overseas travel!!

I agree, it was toally stupid.

If there are so many murders in South Africa, how come Harry just happened to be investigating the 3 which ended up being related, and which also happen to be related to Leo's case - which was totally separate.

So many unanswered questions and unlikely coincidences. Some of the storyline was really confusing too, and I know very little about South African politics and so on, which made it very difficult to follow - very little was explained.

i think this series has got more and more laughable...its like a mix of silent witness and waking the dead. what on earth are their jobs these days? and harry is just sooo bad at acting.
