On re-run it would seem that the high velocity bullet went straight through the chest of the black woman carrying the Indian lady and then entered the neck of that Indian lady.
Her head / neck would have been at chest height as she was being dragged to "safety" by the petrol station cashier....
I can't see any other valid reason for it otherwise
