Robby Dickerson Vs Chelonda Falls

Plaintiff Dickerson is suing his sister Chelonda Falls for traffic tickets she got in an automobile registered in his name. Notwithstanding the fact that he called Judge Judy "Miss" not once but twice, was corrected by Miss Judy, then said it yet again that Miss Judy did not catch. He said a rather odd statement setting up the situation. Judge Judy asked why if the car was a gift, why wasn't the car put in her name. "She wasn't around at the time.....When we found her, then we was gonna do the transfer and switch everything into her name when we found her." Rather strange that he said "when we found her". Was she missing for an extended period of time? He also said that the vehicle was a 99 Chevrolet Tahoe, pronouncing it Chevro Let.


As far as Chelonda Falls, that sounds like a place that I should take my wife Rosetta Stone for our anniversary.
