"He bit my lil brother in the eye!" 10/7/2016

Mr. Treyvon King went to Jermaine Minter's house with a knife. Jamaine Davis (yes...JAMAINE, not JERMAINE)was a friend of Treyvon King. Treyvon looked like a psycho, as there was an emptiness behind his eyes, as though there was nothing there.

Jermaine Minter supposedly bit Treyvon's kid brother in the eye and almost took his eye out. I guess Mr. Jermaine Minter wanted to do his own rendition of the Mike Tyson/Evander Holyfield incident. Jermaine's "baby moms" was looking very sexy sitting on the side with her cute orange pants.

The second case, involved some old hag named Diane Chapman with a sparkly shirt and her daughter who looked like the K-Mart version of Juliette Lewis, suing over meter fraud.
David Racette, whom she was suing, had a counterclaim for harrassment and claimed that K-Mart Juliette Lewis had her boyfriend steal a door from his house. David claimed he was a handyman, however, I think he was more of meth pusher part time.

Knock it off, Hudson.

Agreed.

Plus, how many times did the defendant utter the phrase:

Y'know what I'm sayin'?

I just watched it. 14 "You know what I'ma sayin" during the case, and two in the exit interview.

So, someone (allegedly) bites your brother's eye off (out?), and you just go over there to discuss the issue. They bring a knife to a fight, you bite their eye. That's the Chicago Way.

reply

and you just go over there to discuss the issue.

Yep - "man to man", as he kept saying. Not 'gang member to gang member', but 'man to man'.

I guess none of these litigants were taught proper grammar. No one knows the proper tense of a verb, the possessive form of a noun...nothing.

They think that proper tense means that those are genuine $10 bills.

I'll check on the episode tomorrow and post my standard witty response.

Did anyone notice how easy JJ was on the defendant in this case? I didn't see the ending (I got tired of fast forwarding commercials so when they went to commercials AGAIN after 90 seconds of JJ - I deleted the episode from the DVR right away). But from the part that I did see JJ was polite and spoke with calm voice the entire time.
I said many times before that she acts this way towards the people who stand up to her and who are not easy intimidated. This guy (defendant) couldn't care less who she is and how many people are watching. If he showed fear when he walked up in the court - JJ would've eaten him alive.

She didn't seem intimidated by anyone at all... she didn't have to bang her pen on the desk or yell "HEY!" because they didn't interrupt her or each other. She laughed at them and said they weren't very smart (to which the defendant said "yeah, you right"). She was fairly respectful because despite the actions that brought them there, they, too, were surprisingly respectful.

The defendant, Treyvon King, was quite attractive. He sure didn't look like a typical 'gangsta.'

reply

Defendant interrupted JJ plenty of times. She didn't raise her voice a single time or tell him "when my mouth starts moving yours doesn't" and/or "they'll turn your mic off".

And if I remember correctly, JJ didn't say that the defendant wasn't smart - she said that what defendant did that day wasn't smart.

This is not the first time that this happened. I've seen plenty of people stand up to JJ and/or talk back to her and she didn't yell at them. JJ's a bully - when you stand up to them they back down. She only yells/embarrasses people who appear to be confused or scared to be in front of her.

I agree. I've seen this before as well.

But some bullies get louder the more you ignore them. I've seen that too.

Looking at the daughter of the plaintiff in the meter case just reinforces the fact that even ugly peoplecan find a mate.

reply

I noticed that too. His eyes were creeping me out.

Yeah, that defendant did have dead eyes, he was kinda scary looking. He was rather respectful of JJ though, which surprised me. After he listened to her comments, at the end, he even begrudgingly said "Yeah, you right", lol.
