Captain Kangaroo was on Judge Judy today (10-17)

Uninteresting case with Captain Kangaroo suing his favorite restaurant because he thought they 'cheated' him out of prize money he should have won at a Charity Golf Tourney. The Captain lost, and was upset at the end that he's been banned from his favorite restaurant - as he expected he'd be welcome back?

By the way, the litigants were from Bourne, MA which is out on Cape Cod. Would love to know the name of the restaurant and check out reviews as I'm about an hour away.

What was the man's name? I Googled "Bourne, MA restaurant Charity Golf Tournament" but didn't come up with much. The Brookside Club was the top result. If you knew the guys name it might be easier. The lawsuit or ban may have been mentioned in the local newspaper.
