It's funny how she still held the paper after ripping it instead of tossing it.
I've never seen that one. I don't blame Judge Judy ripping it up. That woman was told her case was dismissed and didn't get it so Judge Judy did what she could to get her attention. What kind of parent rents a car for their child when their licences is suspended? Dumb move on the parents part.
