They always walk out the wrong way

Anybody else notice that whenever the case is over, they always walk out the wrong way? Byrd has to make the "over here" arm motion to the middle aisle. I also notice that the defendant is more likely to walk out incorrectly. I guess because there is an entire missing wall that we do not see, so they think to walk where the crew members are.

Yep, you got it. There is an entire missing wall on one side of the courtroom and it all leads to the same place off stage, so it's all just for show. In truth, the litigants could go around and get to the same area but I guess they don't want you to know there's a missing wall on the set. LMFAO!!! Another fun fact for you, if you looked out of that missing wall you could see the darkened set of the Judge Joe Brown Show back in 2007. What's funny is how they trash the courtroom they aren't using. When they were taping Judge Judy, they have a bunch of chairs and garbage thrown around in the opposite courtroom that they weren't doing filming in. Same goes for Judy. The following week when the filmed Brown's show, there were a bunch of loose cameras, wires, television equipment, studio chairs just lying out sloppily around her courtroom. The sets were like 10 feet away from each other.
