Case on 11/30

There was a case today where a guy was suing his ex-fiance for the engagement ring and credit card charges. He brought up that she was keeping him from seeing his son and had been trying to serve her regarding his family court case. I'm wondering why didn't he have someone serve her during the taping if he knew she would be there?

I was wondering the same thing as well, but then figured maybe there is some kind of clause in their contract preventing them from doing such at the CBS studio?

IF that should be the case, can't he have her served at the hotel where they were staying? Or once she drove off the CBS lot?

Then again, maybe he did have her served at the studio once the taping was over.

I was also thinking did she get served for this JJ case and if so, couldn't he serve her for both cases at the same time?

I wondered the same thing.

I'm thinking he can have her served when she shows up to collect her dining table.
