This episode has to be fake
"Parent of the year" episode doesn't seem real at all. This guy's dialogue is unnatural and he seems dramatic, not at all how people act when they are before a judge.

shareI found out they have actors ugh disappointed under the cast section on here they list ppl as actor. Also the opening credits used to say The cases are real The people are real, Now yet have taken that whole line out
shareUnder the cast section they list a few litigants who appeared on the show as themselves, litigants who also seem to be actors, artists, etc, and who have IMDB credits.
But just because they're listed in the cast doesn't mean that they were actors who were performing a role on the show. Actors have a right to their day in court too, although I will admit there seem to be a lot of them in small claims court, probably and mostly for the publicity.
I think some people in the background audience are THE ACTORS that you're talking about..not the plaintiff and defendant lol.
shareA few of us have found social media pages for the actors playing litigants who talk about their experiences working on the show. It's pretty interesting stuff.
