She never lets them go around the houses with their foolishness, she makes sure that they simply get straight to the point. She does have her faults though, example she's called children "mistakes" which is not a nice thing to say, when a plaintiff or defendant mentions having unplanned kids, Judge Judy says "so, you made 4 mistakes" she has said that on plenty of occasions. i don't have kids, but as a Christian i know that Jesus loves children (Matthew 19:14) and no matter whether a pregnancy is planned or not, children are not mistakes.

She is totally obnoxious with her opinions and rarely explains applicable law in her rulings. I am not sure why people watch her. She doesn't show an ounce of humility or empathy for anyone either.

She's simply telling the truth. Why sugar-coat it? It's refreshing to hear the truth. When irresponsible people who are barely in a relationship get pregnant, it's a mistake.

As a taxpayer, it's nice to hear someone say it's a mistake that I have to pay for someone else's kids.

It's actually you that has the blind rage, not me. I'm basing my position on principle. What's right and what's wrong. You base your position on the politics of jealousy and resentment. Sticking it to the other guy. Rage and bitterness toward anyone who is successful in life.

That was a rather weak response.

Judy isn't the way she is because she has such "high standards." She's that way for the $47 million she makes/year. And, she's totally out of touch with most people's reality.

She carefully crafted the image of a bitch, because that's what her fans expect -- and people like you fall for it.

So it's "high standards" and "out of touch" to expect that people work instead of having the taxpayers give them a free ride? And to expect that people don't lie, cheat, and steal? Sadly in America in 2017, I think you're right about that. Judge Judy is a throwback, and that's what many of us like to see.

most people's reality doesn't include laying with anyone and everyone sans protection or job.

Yep and even if you have never thought about it yourself before she said it. And i have always though she is one tv judge you would never want to be caught lying to.
