She was the plaintiff in the case of a fender bender. Well...her mother was a co-plaintiff because she owns the car in question.

Goes to show one that even though one does not have as much experience driving than someone else, it's not always the less experienced driver at fault.

Defendant, who had that smarmy (conceited) look about her (which I didn't like) didn't have insurance on the car.

That's why they were there. Had the defendant had insurance, plaintiff would have been paid by insurance.

Defendant indirectly admitted she was at fault when she was presenting her evidence.

"Maybe the map's wrong.", she quipped.

WELL....IT'S YOUR MAP!

Of course, judgment was found in the plaintiff's favour.

Now....Miss Alexis.....

Even though she is a....bigger girl (for lack of another term), she was CUTE! 
