WTF!?! Kyley Jones is suing her former roommate, Octavia Camby, for medical bills resulting from an assault. Octavia allegedly poured boiling water on Kyley while Kyley was sleeping. All three people in the apartment, plaintiff, defendant and defendants' sister were smoking dust (PCP) all day, at least according to the Fugazi (spelling?) police officer, Hartford Police Department. Apparently the fake police officer and the ER doctor conspired to allege that Kyley was smoking dope. She shows up to the hospital wearing a hospital gown, but nobody knows how she got a hospital gown before reportto the hospital. You have to check out the exit interview, one of the greatest ever. "We gonna stop it. We gonna try to start the PCP use, and marijuana use, and everything."

This episode was just funny and sad at the same time. It is bad that she got burnt in the crotch but she should have used regular terms in court. Judge Judy was confused and so was I. Kyley seemed like she was still fried in court. I hope she goes back to rehab.

Strange case. I was wondering what she was talking about. She sounded crazy and I agree she was probably on something. The police and doctors aren't both going to lie about her being under the influence.

According to her Facebook page, Kyley is self-employed. I did not know that crackhead was a viable career path.

Yep, they're going 'cold turkey' on the drug use/abuse because that is always the BEST method to quit PCP. "Just say no!".

I was waiting for JJ to appear in the 'hall interview' and tell the plaintiff this was not an audition for 'The Color Purple' on Broadway. Alas, she didn't.

Meanwhile, I hadn't heard that term for the police - Fugazi. Last time I had heard that word, it was for the name of a band that I knew in the 90s.

I thought the same thing and fugazi means fake, according to the urban dictionary.

Yep, I had to get my street feeds by going to the Urban Dictionary. She should have brought Barbara Billingsley along to translate.

What surprised me even more is that JJ didn't ask right away what "fugaazi" meant. Plaintiff used it few times in sentences before JJ asked her.

JJ seemed confused, as if she thought it meant that the plaintiff was asking her for some money.

I think JJ originally thought that Fugazi was a city in Connecticut, didn't she say "no this is from the Hartford police dept" after the plaintiff said fugazi police.

I thought something similar. Then I thought she was a student and she was referring to campus police, claiming it wasn't a real 'authority'.

Judge Judy thought it was a town or company, until she started to realize that the plaintiff meant it in another way. I have never heard that term, but guessed she was insulting the cop. Typical druggy mentality. Always playing the victim, everyone but them is responsible for her misery.

Funnily enough, Judge Marilyn Milian (People's Court) uses the term "Fugazy" from time to time.
