Catching up with litigants from this past week (Feb 20-24)...

Random thoughts on cases this past week...

> Who in their right mind would name their daughter Shabarbara? (I mean, really - Barbra Streisand's career would be so different if her mother named her Shabarbara instead of Barbara, in which she literally dropped the unnecessary second 'a').

> How come my school bus drivers were never 20 year old hunky guys like the one this week who got into the accident? And did JJ believe him because he passed his 'safety test' for being a 'safe bus driver'?

> JJ had three 'dirty handed' litigants in front of her for one case. One guy who never claimed cash payments on his income taxes; his employer who never 1099 him; the employer's witness who never filed income taxes. JJ said she really didn't want to reward either of them, since being a citizen who defrauds the government should not get you a reward, she claims. Yeah - tell that to Donald Trump....he hit the jackpot and became President, even though his financial past is shady at best, and has admitted he has not paid income tax for the past 20 years (of which he calls it a 'smart move'). Now that's a reward...not just a couple of hundred dollars and tools the plaintiff owns. This clown is running - or ruining - our country as President; now that's some reward.

> One sister punches the other sister in the mouth two years ago, and she's not responsible for her sister's dental bills? WTH? JJ asked why the victim waited two years to get her dental work done. She should have responded: "I was severely traumatized by the incident. Just the thought of someone putting their hands near my mouth gave me nightmares after what she did to me."
