Ok, we all know Helga liked Arnold and Arnold liked Ruth at least in the first season until stupid Lila came along (I hate her she was worse than Ruth) but who else seemed to have a thing for each other?
Gerald and Phoebe seemed to like each other and Rhonda seemed to like Harold in at least one episode but he didn't like her back. Eugene and Sheena seemed to kind of have a thing for each other. Who else?
